Best Natural Oil to Stimulate Hair Growth

Here are some natural hair oil that promotes hair growth and you can use them on your skin as well. Massage one of these oils for 3-4 minutes once or twice a week.

-Rosemary Oil: Often used in shampoos. Rosemary Oil has the ability to stimulate the hair follicles, which results in hair growth; it also makes hair stronger.

-Jojoba Oil: Ability to loosen and remove build up on the scalp. This build up is known to block hair follicles & inhibit hair growth.

- Lavender Oil :  used for many purposes one of which is hair loss. Individuals suffering from alopecia (hair loss) who massaged their heads daily with lavender and other essential oils had significant hair re-growth over the course of seven months.

- Coconut Oil : excellent for nourishing hair and helping it have a beautiful shine. Massaging coconut oil into the scalp ensures that the hair is free of lice, lice eggs and dandruff and helps with the nourishment and re-growth of damaged hair.

- Thyme Oil : used to promote hair growth by improving circulation to the scalp through massage. Thyme provides hair with shine, luster and bounce.

My Thoughts on Peer Pressure

*Every other Thursday is My Thoughts Thursdays*

How I feel about Peer Pressure.

If you have 'so-called' friends, that are pressuring you to do something that you're not 100% comfortable doing....cut them out of your circle; no buts or ifs about it!

If you have to tell them 'no' more than once and they continue to pressure you; bye bye boo.

Yes, they will make your life 'miserable' & say irrelevant childish things when you stop hanging with them, but they're get over it.

Number one reason why they act like that, because YOU were their little experiment to try out. No one wants to be a puppet and you shouldn't be one either.

Back in the day, during my middle and high school years, I was peer pressured as well. My 'so-called' friends would pressure me to underage drink, talk to boys that I was clearly out of their league, have sex, shoplift, and the list goes on.

I said no numerous times and cut them off too, they also said some hurtful things like any other teenage girl from those teen movies & tv shows; but the whole situation was pretty irrelevant and silly to be honest.

The moral of this is if you don't have any strings hanging from your body, you're not a puppet and take control of your life. REAL friends don't peer pressure each other.

I Believe In You

Whatever happens to you, remember to stay strong; physically AND mentally. When 'so-called' friends, bring that negative energy into your presence, block them..QUICK. When your boyfriend or family doesn't support you, PROVE to them that you CAN do/make it.

If you want start a healthier lifestyle.. do your research, the do's and the don'ts
If you want to start dating.. take it slow and know your worth
Whatever YOU want to do

Everyone has a journey, good and bad. Nobody has a perfect journey, so get that out of your mind.

Be patient, good things are coming to you. Have faith and pray.

Always know your worth
